Synopsis 
This course explores the basic concept of leadership and ways of being a good leader. It includes the theoretical and practical aspects of leadership as well as issues and matters related to contemporary leadership in community. In general, the philosophy of the course is to equip students with knowledge and skills of good leadership. 

Objectives 
By the end of semester, students should be able to:
1.     Explain the concept of leadership, objectives, characteristics and contributions and development within the global society;
2.     Practice the concept of leadership interaction in term of shared positive values among the multiracial society and community in the university; 
3.     Analyze contemporary issues related to leadership and promote the concept of leadership in community; and
4.     Implement soft skills in the task given.
