Synopsis 

This course exposes students to the comprehensiveness of Islam through various projects. In addition, the course is designed to introduce main characteristics in Islamic systems including universal aspects of management. It covers basic Islamic principles and tools in management such as syuramaslahahhadaf and others which have been applied in particular institutions and organizations. In general, the philosophy of the course is to equip students with necessary and broad knowledge and skills about Islamic management that are implemented in various institutions. 

Objectives 

By the end of semester, students should be able to: 
1.   Explain Islamic values in managing institutions; 
2.   Apply the knowledge of the principles of Islamic Institutions and its unique  philosophical characteristics in various projects; and 
3.   Practice Islamic values in daily life.
