DIY Frame Competition
Date: 16 February 2017 – 3 March 2017
DIY Frame Competition is a platform for UMP students to develop their creativity by transforming ice cream sticks into own photo frame. Participant are required to build a photo frame by using 15 ice cream sticks that we provided. Besides that, they can use any colouring tools allowed in this competition to decorate their photo frames. Origami which is paper folded is allowed to use as decoration too.
On 16th February 2017, we distributed the ice cream sticks and collected payment from participants. They are given one week to decorate and make their own photo frame. After that, the voting session in Facebook started from 25th February 2017 till 3rd March 2017 that lasted for one week. Participants need to collect as much like as possible to excel in the competition.
We have received marvellous response from UMP students indeed. In fact, there were total 105 participants from both campuses. Most of them are very talented and their frames are well designed.
